People who submit to AotW agree to allowing their art to be used or inspiration taken from them. People need to read the TOS.
People do need to read the TOS, but this isn’t “inspiration” it’s directly copying an artists work. There is a difference between inspiration, using the original art piece in the cutscene and redrawing the exact piece for a cutscene. Bungie is a corporation with artists on staff who could have created an original piece rather than copying a fan artists work.
